Brandi is an engaging, strategic, and charismatic professional committed to providing authentic talent development through coaching, training, and speaking.
Brandi graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Masters of Arts in Counseling. Her combined 17 years of talent and career development experience in Corporate Human Resources and Higher Education includes conducting 10,000 interviews, 3500 individual coaching sessions and 500 training sessions.
Brandi is passionate about human connection and her clients feeling seen through her meeting people where they are on their career development journey, listening with skilled empathy, challenging with integrity, and validating clients' spectrum of personal emotions and obstacles on that journey by utilizing cerebral communication."

I was able to learn to take the emotion out and set boundaries for the people I manage. I am able to not take on other people's burdens. I don't let things affect me as much anymore because I don't feel trapped.
I had never worked with a coach before Tori and knew I needed a customized approach to my career. I would leave the sessions feeling lighter, feel taller and that was surprising to me. I overall felt better and showed up for myself.
